Set the terms
The organizer names the roles in the room, which pairs are allowed to match, and what actually makes a good pairing for this event. Registration collects what the scoring needs, and nothing else is assumed on the organizer’s behalf.

Participants see a ranked, readable set of matches rather than a directory to scroll. Each one carries a confidence reading beside it, so a match built on rich information is never presented as the same thing as a thin guess.
